We offer private Pilates sessions and Duo sessions using all equipment including Reformer, Cadillac various small equipment and mat work, to ensure maximum benefit.

Stabilises and supports back

Abdominal Wall
Transversus Abdominus – lower abs
Rectus Abdominus – middle abs which is your "8-pack"
Obliques – side abs
